Briefing and Debriefing Course

Effective briefing is key to ensure a team operate effectively to complete a task or project successfully. Additionally, structured debriefing of an event will help the team and the organisation to enhance and improve performance, equipment and procedures.

This course will introduce techniques and principles to carry out a briefing and explain what constitutes a safety brief. In addition a structured process will highlight the benefits of a focused debrief where key themes and subjects are teased out in a controlled and positive environment.
