To ensure staff have the right skills and knowledge to operate competently a structure is required which will ensure effective continuous development.
A competence framework can be created with your organisation to ensure staff are operating to appropriate standards, their performance is assessed in the workplace, records are kept and quality assurance is demonstrated often through a system of accreditation.
